Privacy Policy

Who we are
Bravexin (bravexin.com) is operated by Liam Walker, ABN 45 123 789 456, 120 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. You can reach us at [email protected]. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information we collect
This site has no forms, no account system and no newsletter sign-up. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us by email — your address and whatever you write. Our hosting provider also keeps standard connection logs (IP address, browser user-agent, request time) for security and fault-finding; we do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
Email correspondence is collected because you started it, so we can read and reply to it. Hosting logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure, and are not shared with advertising networks — this site does not run any.
Cookies
Bravexin sets one cookie, used only to remember whether you accepted or rejected the cookie banner. There is no analytics or advertising cookie on this site. Details, including how to withdraw consent, are in our Cookie Policy.
Disclosure
We do not sell or trade personal information. Email content is not shared with third parties except where required by Australian law.
Your rights
Under the APPs you can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Send that request to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
How long we keep information
Email threads are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, then deleted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
